1 (14-oz.) pkg. smoked kielbasa, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (14-oz) Rojo’s Fire Roasted Tomato & Green Chile Salsa
3 cups tortilla strips
1 cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
In skillet, cook sausage until lightly browned. Stir in Rojo’s Roasted Tomato & Green Chile Salsa; heat through. Stir in tortilla strips and stir until strips are softened. Spoon onto plates and top with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
