Really Layered Potato Salad
2 cups diced celery
1 (30-oz.) Rojo’s Five Layer Dip
4 medium red potatoes, cubed, cooked, and cooled
3 green onions, thinly sliced
In large bowl, spread celery evenly over bottom and spread half of Rojo’s Five Layer Dip over celery. Scatter potatoes over dip and top with remaining dip. Sprinkle with green onions. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 6–8 servings.
