Quick Chili for 2
½ lb. ground turkey or pork
1 (14-oz.) Rojo’s Black Bean & Corn Salsa
2 Tbsp. chili powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
sour cream (optional)
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (optional)
In large pot, brown ground turkey; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream and shredded cheese. Makes 2 servings.
