Queso Salsa Pizza
12 oz Rojo’s Queso Con Salsa Dip
2 – 12 inch pre-baked pizza crust
1 Large red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 – 10 oz bag of cooked sausage crumble
(Optional- Cilantro, chopped)
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place pizza crusts on one large (or 2 small) baking sheet. Spread half container of Rojo’s Queso Con Salsa dip on each pizza crust. Top crusts with sliced bell peppers and sausage crumbles. Bake for 8-10 mins or until sauce is bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Makes 4-8 servings.
