Picante Carne Asada
2 lbs. skirt or flank steak
1 (15-oz.) Rojo’s Thick & Chunky Picante-Medium
2 Tbsp. each: olive oil and red wine vinegar
In large zip-top bag place steak, 3/4 cup Rojo’s Thick & Chunky Picante-Medium, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Marinate in refrigerator 2-12 hours. Preheat grill or broiler. Remove marinated steak from bag and discard bag and marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness, about 6-7 minutes per side for rare. Cut steak across grain and serve with remaining salsa from Rojo’s container. Makes 6 servings.
