Orange Jicama Salad
1 (14-oz.) Rojo’s Pico De Gallo Salsa
4 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1 cup chopped cooked chicken (optional)
1 cup peeled diced jicama
½ cup diced red onion
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill before serving. Makes 4 – 6 servings.
