Marinated Shrimp Salad

  • (15.5-oz.) ctn. Rojo’s Organic Hatch Chile Salsa
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 4 cups salad greens

In bowl, combine ALL ingredients.  May be served cold or heated. May substitute chicken for shrimp and cooked vegetables may be added.

Makes 7 cups.
