1 lb. thin sliced chicken breast fillets or 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt and black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (14-oz) Rojo’s Mango Chipotle Salsa
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In large skillet heat oil, brown chicken on both sides then top with with Rojo’s Mango Chipotle Salsa. Cover and cook on low 12-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 4-6 servings.
