Fiesta Pot Roast

Salt and pepper a chuck roast and brown in a skillet. Pour 1 (15 oz) container of Rojo’s Picante Salsa over roast and cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours. Add cut up chunks of potato, carrot, celery and onion, cover and cook an additional hour on low, until vegetables are cooked through.
