12 oz Rojo’s Queso Con Salsa Dip
4 Large flour tortillas
2 Cups cooked shredded chicken
In a mixing bowl, mix 1 container of Rojo’s Queso Con Salsa dip and shredded chicken together. Lay out 4 tortillas. Spoon one-quarter of chicken and queso mix onto each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half to cover mix. Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium and place 2 filled tortillas in heated skillet. Brown lightly on one side. Using a large spatula, turn over to brown on opposite side. Makes 4 quesadillas.
