Carne Asada Street Tacos
- 1 (15-oz.) Rojo’s Homestyle Fresh Cut Salsa – Mild
- 1-1½ lb. skirt or flank steak
- 6-8 taco size corn tortillas
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 lime, quartered
Cook carne asada over medium heat on the grill or large skillet to preferred temperature. Cut steak across the grain and set aside. Warm corn tortillas. Fill corn tortillas with three or four strips of meat, chopped onions, cilantro, and Rojo’s Homestyle Fresh Cut Salsa. Additional lime to taste.
Makes 4 – 6 servings.
