Biscuit Beef Pie
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (15-oz.) Rojo’s Fire Roasted Salsa
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16.3- oz.) can refrigerated 8 big biscuits dough, pulled apart
Preheat oven to 375°F. In large skillet brown ground beef; drain. Stir Rojo’s Fire Roasted Salsa into beef; heat through. While beef mixture heats, spray a 9-inch square baking pan. Pour beef mixture into pan, sprinkle with cheese and top evenly with biscuits. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Makes 8 servings.
