Bella Chipotle Pasta

  • (15.5-oz.) ctn. Rojo’s Organic Chipotle Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 oz.  Portobello mushrooms, diced
  • 4 cups hot cooked pasta

In large skillet, in hot oil, sauté mushrooms until lightly browned.  Stir in Rojo’s Organic Chipotle Salsa and pasta; heat through.  Makes 6 cups.
